Ingredients:-
- Boiled potatoes- 4
- Chopped coriander leaves- 1 cup
- Rice flour- 2 cups
- Cumin-1 spoon
- Salt-1 spoon
- Oil- for roast the parathas
- Ginger- 1tb spoon
Thencha Ingredients
- Green chilly- 15-20 peace
- Garlic- 15 -16 cloves
- Cumin- 1 spoon
- Salt
- Coriander leaves- 1 cup
- Oil- 1 spoon
Instructions:-
Now this Thencha and paratha is ready to serve !
We need to boil the potatoes and mash them or grade them after peeling off.
Add chopped coriander leaves, green chilies, salt, cumin, ginger, rice flour and little bit of water and knead a dough.


In a pan or tawa add a dough, spread it well with the help of hand. Add oil and flip it both the side and wait for 2-3 mins medium to high flame.
Now we make “Thencha” for that we chopped chilies, garlic, coriander leaves, cumin, and salt. In a pan add 1 spoon oil, first add chilly and garlic after that add cumin and coriander. When it fried then make a paste with the help of hand crusher(silbatta).

Now enjoy the meal along with some snacks!
