Chow Mein is a Chinese noodle dish which was brought to India by Chinese immigrants in Kolkata. Over time, it was adapted to Indian Flavors. So let’s start
Today we are going to make Chow Mein
Ingredients: –
Chow Mein boiled
Oil-2 tb spoon
Chopped onion-2
Capsicum slicely chopped- 2
Carrot chopped-1
Green chily-4
Peas-1 cup
Spring onion-1 cup
Broccoli chopped- 1 cup
Salt-1 tb spoon
Soy sauce- 2 tb spoon
Vinegar- 2 tb spoon
Tomato sauce- 3 tb spoon
Instructions: –
We will boil the Chow Mein until it turns soft and then strain it.
In a wok we add 2 tb spoon oil and then add veggies except spring onion, fry them well.
Add salt and after that add sauces and stir properly
Add Chow Mein and then stir gently until it mixed well along with veggies. Same time add spring onion as well.
When it gets mixed well so this delicious and healthy dish is ready to serve with plenty of veggies!
