Salt- ½ Tb spoon to fry veggies and 1 Tb spoon for spices
Instructions: –
First, we will slice chopped the veggies and set aside. then take a wok add 2 tb spoon oil to fry the veggies. Make sure that we need to fry the vegetable one by one.
In a same wok we add some oil. For seasoning we will add cumin, fennel, fenugreek, asafetida, mustard. Then we add chopped onion and fry it well. Add ginger, garlic & chilly pate and rest the spices shown in below image and mix well. Later we add tomato puree.
Now we need to cook for slow to medium flame for 10- 12 mins.
Once the spices are got cooked then we will take “Tawa” add ½ Tb spoon oil then add the masala or spices 1 Tb spoon and add the fry veggies whatever veggies you want to eat.
