Capsicum is the only spicy vegetable which consists of a lot of seeds inside. The origin of capsicum is from America but is recognized and used throughout the world in a wide range. It can be used both for cooking as well as flavoring purposes, & that is why its importance is huge in the field of cooking.

This is because capsicum is a bit acidic in nature and can cause internal bleeding to people having sensitive health condition.
  • The chilly seeds present in capsicum can be very irritating if come in direct contact with sensitive skin. So, make sure to remove all the seeds properly from the capsicum before eating it or putting it in any dishes.
  • Those who are having eye irritations, blisters, heavy cough, irritation in the throat, or any other kind of body pain, both internal and external, should avoid consuming or even coming in contact with capsicum till their condition gets resolved.
