Malai paneer is enrich with creamy flavourful paneer recipe.Paneer, a Indian cheese made by curdling milk with lemon juice/vinegar. It is very simple to cook and tasty to eat. So today we are going to make this recipe
Ingredients: –
Paneer-400 gm
Chopped capsicum- 2
Chopped Onion-2
Ginger chopped-1 tb spoon
Tomato puree- 2
Garlic- 5-6 cloves
Kasuri Methi- 1 spoon
Salt-1+1 tb spoon
Ground pepper- 1 tb spoon
Kashmiri red chilli powder- 11/2 tb spoon
Red chilli-2/2 tb spoon
Coriander powder- 1 tb spoon
Garam masala- 1 tb spoon
Curd-1 cup
Instructions: –
In a wok we add oil for sauté the veggies. We will add onion, capsicum, paneer and fried it until turns golden. Add ground pepper and salt and mix it.
Wait for 5-10 mins then switch off the flame and shift it into different plate.
In a same wok we add 1 tb spoon oil then add tomato puree along with whisk curd and mix. After that we will add whole spices and then mix well.
When it gets boiled and oil gets separates from the spices then we will add those fried veggies.
Add Kasuri Methi and little bit cream for seasoning and enjoy with paratha or fresh chapati or naan.
